We had a great time, such friendly people!Great view from the boat, close to the metro station. Lots of information about the things to see in Budapest. And lots of restaurant recommandations.We will come again!

Staying on a boat on the river was the best part of our stay in Budapest. The hotel staff, every single person, was kind and helpful. The staff even called the central tourism office to find out about the closure of a tourist attraction. Going to sleep at night with the lights of the Parliament and waking up to the flowing river added so much to our stay.

Location of hotel is excellent and views are to die for.Rooms are a bit small but what was expected from a boat hotel on the river. Staff were very friendly. Victoria , the receptionist ,speaks good English and goes out of her way to help guests.Highly recommend

I recently visited grand jules boathotel In Budapest and it was a lovely experience and great atmosphere especially across the parliament house and next to the maragaret bridge. With trams and key locations nearby. I especially want to thank one of the receptionist her name is monique or Monica. She was a lovely lady and very very helpful.I visited on the 16-18th of June. I definitely recommend to use this hotel if visit budapest.

Siamo stati dal 25 al 28 gennaio 2019.Prima volta che alloggiamo in un hotel boat. Hotel pulito con personale gentile. Pozione strategica in quanto a 700 mt dal ponte delle Catene. Unica pecca le camere un po piccole, ma per tre giorni va bene e la colazione a 9,00 euro cara.

What a hotel! The location was superb, the facilities excellent and the staff were wonderful. We had an amazing time here- we wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely return. It was our second time visiting the city and we now feel like we’ve found the best hotel in the city. Everyone was so helpful, kind and welcoming; the room had everything and the views of the city are unbelievable. We will definitely visit again. We’d give 10* if we could. köszönöm

Il boat hotel si trova in un luogo invidiabile, con una vista mozzafiato. Già solo quella vale la visita. La camera è piccola ma molto carina ed è perfetta così. La doccia del bagno è scomoda invece. Vicinissima al tram, e un po' più distante dalla metro, circa 800mt. Sono presenti nelle vicinanze ogni tipo di negozio possibile, con tantissimi ristoranti.

I was taken ill whilst there and the staff were incredible helpful and kind. When I was released from hospital I checked back in and I can't thank the staff enough for how kind and caring they were whilst I was unable to fly home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you so much x
