Fantastic hotel that offered a last minute upgrade to me and my family. The historic interior and exterior of the hotel is truly special and unforgettable. The restaurant and the pastry cafe were sublime.

I got the pleasure of experiencing the spa and massage treatment and I must say I was left happier than ever! I received the back, neck and shoulder massage treatment as well as having access to the spa (jacuzzi & sauna) and I was stunned at how beautiful and luxurious it was. The pricing was very affordable too! The staff their are amazing.

Even if you can't stay here, you must visit the lobby for a drink. It really is the most extraordinarily beautiful building -unique in it's use of stain glass and glazed exterior. Incredibly helpful staff and extremely well made cocktails. Lovely, light big rooms. Can't reccomend it enough

Once you walk into the lobby, you are immediately stunned by the beauty and awe that you will be staying the night here. As a Hyatt Globalist we were upgraded to a nice corner unit, the elite treatment is fantastic. Lastly a quick shoutout to Kristof who gave above and beyond service.
