We stayed in the apartment in July 2018. It was clean, modern and secure. Location wise there was a tram and bus stop 5-10 mins walk away and there is a shopping centre very close to the apartment. We took advantage of the airport pick up and drop off and Fenrec couldn't have been more pleasent. I will be recommending this apartment to anyone I know who is visiting Budapest.

очень комфортно, уютно, предусмотрены мельчайшие детали! чувствуешь себя реально как дома. До центра, до Дуная легко добраться как на общественном транспорте так и пешком. Отличный доброжелательный хозяин! Однозначно рекомендую! Цена - качество - все на высоте!!

Appartement Conforme aux photos, très grand, décoré avec goût, super bien situé, appartement cosy. Nous le conseillerions à nos amis car il se situe au plein centre et il y a tout ce qu il faut dans l appartement. Peter et Renata les propriétaires sont très à l écoute et sympathique

I had a wonderful apartment which was equipped with everything you might wish for and was brilliantly clean. The location, on a pedestrianised square, is perfect. There are cafes and restaurants within a few metres, a modern mall with large supermarket a stone's throw away, and a metro station and tram stops no more than 5 minutes' walk away. Ferenc was a great host and provided me with a taxi service to and from the airport. I'd recommend this place without any hesitation.

Przestronne, zadbane, dobrze wyposażone pokoje. Przystępna cena. Lokalizacja na plus, blisko centrum Budapesztu, jedyny problem - parking jeżeli ktoś podróżuje własnym autem. Szkoda że byliśmy tak krótko, ale na pewno odwiedzimy ponownie to miejsce! :)

What wonderful hospitality from start to end. Ferec was so great and helpful.The apartment is furnished with everything you need. If you don't need room service and served breakfast so this place will be just perfect for you.Only one thing to improve: Water flow in the shower was a bit weak. should replace the handset of the shower into something bigger

Замечательные апартаменты. Расположены очень удачно, недалеко от центра. Рядом есть огромный магазин, в нем супермаркет. Много ресторанчиков рядом. На балкон не выходили, так как было очень жарко. Кондиционер справлялся)))

Very nice, beautiful situated apartment. Very quiet and still very close to city center. Clean beautiful everything you need during your stay. Even shops and supermarkets around the corner. 5 minutes walk from metro station. Budapest is a very impressive city with a lot of culture.

Stayed here for four nights. Couldn't have found a better place. The apartment was well equipped, clean and well located. City centre and main attractions easily accessible by public transport and by foot. Local cafés and shopping a bonus too. The owner, Ferenc was very professional and helpful and picked me up from the airport as arranged. To be honest, this apartment was far better than many a hotel I've stayed and far less expensive.

Очень уютная и прекрасно расположенная квартира с балконом и подземной парковкой. Тихо, до центра и всяких туристических мест легко дойти пешком, станция метро и большой торговый центр - в двух шагах, владелец настоящий молодец и приятный человек.

Ferenc picked us up at the airport - showed how everything works in the apartment and was so helpful all the way. We loved our stay and can recommend these apartments. It's very central and you have a lot of cafe,s just outside your doorstep. We had breakfast at a little cafe called Kompot bistro every morning at 7.30 a.m. (cost only 5 euros). Ferenc picked us up again when we had to leave - execellent service. Thank you very much for a nice stay - we'll be back.!!
